About the Community of Practice

To better understand and inform regional approaches to food system governance, this project centers the contributions and insights of participants in a community of practice representing 11 regional councils. These councils reflect a diversity of approaches to regional food system work from across the United States. Project organizers and practitioners worked closely to advance the regional work of participating councils and inform the creation of resources to support other councils in taking a regional approach.  Participating councils and their representatives are listed below.
